Our company is looking to develop an e-commerce management system that will help us streamline our operations and improve our customer experience. The system will consist of several components, including a web/AI program, WooCommerce plugins, an EDI system, and custom shipping plugins. The goal of this project is to create a comprehensive system that will allow us to manage our inventory, pricing, and shipping more efficiently.

Project Scope:

The project will consist of the following components:

Web/AI Program:

The web/AI program will be designed to analyze our competitors' prices and sync the data in our database using machine learning. The program will learn how each competitor is showing the same SKU and provide us with insights on how to adjust our pricing strategy.

WooCommerce Plugins:

We will develop several WooCommerce plugins that will allow us to update pricing, information, and availability of products on multiple websites. The plugins will also adjust our product prices based on our cost of goods and competitor prices. Additionally, the plugins will utilize our database to show stock status and prices for each SKU from our multiple suppliers and adjust the price based on availability and price.

EDI System:

We will develop a web-based EDI system that will allow us to connect with our suppliers and receive updated information on inventory, pricing, and shipping. The system will be integrated with our database to ensure that we have the most up-to-date information.

Custom Shipping Plugin:

We will develop a custom shipping plugin that will connect to multiple shipping carriers we have and show the customer the cheapest returned rate. The plugin will be integrated with our database to ensure that we have the most up-to-date information on shipping rates.

Customized WooCommerce Order System:

We will develop a plugin to customize the WooCommerce order system for clients based on our needs. The plugin will allow us to streamline our order processing and improve our customer experience.

Project Timeline:

The project will be completed in three phases:

Phase 1: Development of Web/AI Program and WooCommerce Plugins (6 months)

Phase 2: Development of EDI System and Custom Shipping Plugin (6 months)

Phase 3: Development of Customized WooCommerce Order System (3 months)"
