Challenge outline: We need help understanding what online services we should provide for our users and how to monetise the website to generate an income. The income will be donated to improve elderly loneliness so we hope to raise as much funds as possible. Key aims/objectives: 1) Research the current charity market in the UK – what support is being offered online for their consumers? (live chat, community forums, group online live events) 2) Research the market for any grief and/or death support organisations – do any exist in the UK or internationally? If so, what do they offer their consumers? 3) What schemes do these organisations use to help generate an income apart from traditional donation streams? (do they predominantly use events, magazine subscriptions etc)? What price points? 4) Based on your research above, please recommend a few options that our organisation could explore to help generate an income
