What is the main goal for this project?

The Method Effect provides consultative services to a broad spectrum of businesses, from manufacturing to service-based companies. Specific to manufacturing organizations, we would like to engage a study to determine what unique and common attributes exist, specific to corporate management and direction.

We see this as two fold. First, uncovering the general reasons why people stay and work at peak performance such as wages, benefits and workplace comfort. Secondly, we would like to understand if there are unique and often non-apparent reasons why employees remain engaged and performing at a high level such as team events, learning events, workplace conditions, freedom of expression, etc.

Add to this discovery the post covid workplace and we would like to understand if there are now state of the art needs that management needs to execute to ensure maximum productivity, efficiency and effectiveness.

What tasks will students need to complete to achieve the project goal?

Research on high performance, low turn-over organizations and live discussions with key stakeholders to understand the success keys.
