EcoLux is a platform that will fill the gap between Ptarium's on-demand 3D printing and client demand by creating a retail platform for third-party items. The portal will link aware customers with verified sustainable companies, providing a selected range of completed items that exceed Ptarium's production capabilities. This project will provide students the chance to use their knowledge in web development, user experience design, and e-commerce approaches. The team will focus offering a seamless purchasing experience, incorporating secure payment methods, and ensuring mobile responsiveness. 

The project deliverables comprise a prototype or minimal viable product for an ecommerce website with a variety of third-party items, a secure payment mechanism, and a responsive design. In addition, the team will produce documentation on the site's architecture, user interface design, and integration methods. A final presentation will highlight the site's capabilities and usability, ensuring it fits Ptarium's criteria for an alternative ecommerce solution.
