We have designed a game to influence organizational behaviors in the workplace, specifically those behaviors that influence performance, such as commitment, respect, focus, transparency, courage and empathy. We hope to be able to identify champions, and advocates.

Deliverables

Working as a team, students will coordinate their work using Agile practices and create their own tasks based on the objectives:

1. Play our SIG and Akeakami Quest games to understand what we do and how we plan on changing culture.

2. Create an onboarding plan that starts with SIG

  • Analyze industry benchmarks around onboarding.
  • Ensure the plan aligns with SIG values.
  • Provide recommendations

3. Diversity and inclusion

  • Review existing DEI scenarios
  • Recommend additional scenarios
  • Draft a diversity training program to follow SIG

4. Supervisors/Management program

  • Research what leadership needs to learn about leading and growing great teams
  • Draft a leadership assessment to determine how well they understand how to maintain teams motivated
  • Develop language guide to help supervisors and management teams maintain motivation

Mentorship

I am available daily to supervise and mentor.
