Your Main Guy is involved with many clients in different industries. This project is for France Executive Circle.

We are looking to create a strategic plan to build a French Chamber of Commerce in Vancouver. We are looking for companies that would be interested in joining because of your company's services, your affiliation with France or your willingness to develop the market. Additionally, to develop the finances needed to successfully create this endeavour.

We are hoping to find students and companies that are excited to build a plan with us that will create a French Chamber of Commerce in Vancouver.

This will involve several different steps, including:

• Identify key contacts within each business sector (minimum of 30 people) OR Identify key contacts with a direct or indirect engagement or interest in the economic and social welfare of Vancouver (minimum 30)
• Creating conditions of membership
• Create a budget and financial plan
• Completing necessary documentation
• Rules for meetings
• Drafting of bylaws
• Building a script for us to use to reach out to contacts

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities (this is basically a retelling of the steps above):

Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:

• Working with project manager directly
• Having meetings where we can change the tasks if needed
