product analysis sales & marketing research marketing & advertisingOur company is in the midst of conducting a feasibility study into new areas we might be able to grow. It is important that the growth and development of our product/service align with our current customers while also allowing us to reach new ones.Â
We want to make the most informed decision possible before we enter a new market. Historical buyer and buying data should help us identify spaces for growth, areas of declining sales and stagnation in our own business to inform future business development. This information is fundamental to the allocation of our resources and the efforts to choose to pursue. In addition, we would like to understand the trend for spending in our industry.
Using historical buyer data, help us evaluate our current audience. Using the curation of this data, we would like a group of students to assist in a report.Â
The report should be a summary of the behaviours and attributes of our buyer. Following the summary, we would like the students to make informed recommendations for business development.

Our Company
Established in 1997, Animal Care Systems is the first caging systems company in the industry founded by a veterinarian with experience in directing AAALAC-accredited animal care and use programs. Dr. Germain Rivard’s experience with animal facility planning, design and management produced the construction of the first Gene Transfer Technologies Training Center and Rodent Barrier Facility for genetically altered mouse colonies.
