The primary project requirements include:
- Backlink research analysis to determine relevant websites that we can link E's Element's products on using tools like Keywords Everywhere.
- Conducting research on marketing initiatives of E's Element's competitors.
- A strategy document to outline: Off-Page Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) requirements to ensure our organization is optimized with appropriate backlinks from credible websites that can boost our online presence so that we can reach new people online.

We’re excited to work with students who can help us not only brainstorm but also execute a strategy to achieve:
- Monitoring of media coverage on events and media releases that were issued and creating press clippings for E's Element
- Giving input on marketing initiatives and suggesting creative ways to improve E's Element's public image.
- Effectively utilize company’s social media and blogs to curate a media vision board template that can be used in pitching E's Element to media outlets.
- Curating exceptional outreach pitch emails and/or press releases that will convert media outlets to promote E's Element on their platforms.
- Being comfortable reaching out/setting up meetings with media outlets, bloggers, content writers and more virtually.
Students will work closely with the CEO (Emmanuela Okon) who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings (weekly check-ins) where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
About the company
As a result of Emmanuela Okon’s multifaceted nature and drive to run her own product line, the idea of creating E's Element began in July 2020 and officially launched January 3rd, 2021.
What started as a simple or rather conceptual idea has transformed into high-quality products sold across the world. Before she created this jewelry collection, she spent some time figuring out how to approach athleisurewear and how to pair it with unique jewelry pieces.
She strived to create something that was modern and classy in nature but also contained enough flair to complement their chic accessories. In developing E’s Element, she realized that many people were not wearing the items because it was hard to incorporate them into their everyday lives. That’s why she tested different fabrics before settling on a few key materials for each piece of jewelry. In doing so, she was able to create items that perfectly matched their athleisurewear without compromising comfort or style.
