We would like to get a better sense of what other organizations are doing to promote health and wellness among their employees and which programs are most impactful.

Students will be provided access to organization information as required, including access to employees for collecting survey or interview data (if required).

The primary goal of implementing a Health and Wellness Program is to elevate the overall wellbeing of our employees and to make our organization an employer of choice. We hope to gain an understanding of what components should be included and on implementation strategies.

Deliverables
  • Conducting a survey or short interviews with a random sampling of current employees.
  • Researching current trends in corporate health and wellness.
  • Providing ROI metrics to justify the implementation of a corporate Health and Wellness Program.
Mentorship

Students will connect directly with Director and Manager for mentorship and supervision throughout the project.
