Welcome to JobPlnr Inc.! We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for talented MRU Business students to contribute to our innovative project, MovePlnr.


Main Goal:

The primary objective of this project is to build a comprehensive business plan. We want students to not only understand the significance of their contributions but also feel confident that the project is manageable within a realistic timeframe from September 20, 2024 - December 10, 2024.

During this project, students will deliver a comprehensive business plan tailored to [your business name].


Students will act as consultants and deliver the following business plan outline:

  1. Executive Summary (max 250 words)
  2. Company Description
  3. Industry, Target Customer, and Competitive Analysis
  4. Product/Service Plan
  5. Marketing Plan
  6. Operation and Development Plan
  7. Management Team
  8. Critical Risk
  9. Offering
  10. Exit Strategy
  11. Financial Plan


Company Overview:

At JobPlnr Inc., we pride ourselves on simplifying and making AI and high tech accessible to small business that focus on services, our first product is in the residential moving sector, MovePlnr. This project offers students an opportunity to gain insights into our company culture, values, and the impactful work we do.


Project Details:

Provide more detailed information about the project, breaking down tasks and milestones. This includes:

  • Meeting with one of the cofounders to learn the business
  • Generate a comprehensive but engaging business plan.
  • Generate an Investor pitch presentation.


Final Deliverables:

  • A comprehensive 10-15 page business plan as per the team of consultants' course curriculum.
  • Investor pitch slide deck.
Mentorship

Our company is committed to providing a weekly in-person meetings to mentor the team. This mentorship will be tailored to address specific project challenges and foster a supportive learning environment. The mentorship sessions aim to complement the technical guidance and ensure that students not only complete the project successfully but also gain valuable insights into real-world applications of their skills.


This combination of technical support, collaborative tools, and dedicated mentorship hours aims to empower students, fostering an environment conducive to their growth and success in completing the project.


Regular Communication:

  • Nir Eidelberg a cofounder of the company will be a regular point of contact in person, virtually, or in emails.

Scheduled Meetings:

  • Weekly meeting to brainstorm, to provide instructions/comments, and learn from each other

Resources:

  • Job Plnr has developed a comprehensive business plan that the students could refer to, the ultimate goal is to build upon that draft together with the cofounders.
