Rhozeland is a multimedia company helping independent artists, digital creators and emerging brands achieve creative independence. We provide services in photo, video, music, design, and writing through our integrated digital community and platform of resources and specialists.

We would like to involve students in this exciting time as we work to develop our processes for our start-up business. We are looking for students to join our team to generate reports that assist the company in monthly presentations, meetings, funding opportunities, and proposals. Reconciliation will tie into the live data that the business faces every day. Students will be required to cross-reference each account to assist with future reports. We can provide access to internal documentation and other information as needed, as well as access to key contacts.

The project should include the following responsibilities during the agreed tenure:

• Expense budget
• Spreadsheet management
• Small business data & metrics
• Creating reports based on Reconciliation (break-even, monthly, customer analysis, sales)
• Additional duties and responsibilities as needed based on the agenda of the business
• Finalized financial tenured report of their time at Rhozeland

Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project. Also alongside the administration will be the financial accountant, who will lead as a mentor.

Access to studio use is a benefit and value we encourage students to take for a more hands-on feel with what Rhozeland is about.

Students will work closely with the primary project manager, who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.

We will plan to communicate with our virtual intern(s) using these communication tools: (list expected channels - e.g. Discord messaging, company drive, email)
