The main goal of this project is to generate more funding opportunities for Lotus Addiction Therapy Inc. This will involve researching government grants that the company qualifies for, preparing grant submission documents, and applying for the grants. Additionally, the project will involve researching impact investors who are able to invest in Lotus Addiction Therapy Inc, and then pitching the company's pitch-deck to them and getting funding from them. This may involve using platforms such as Dealium and LinkedIn.


Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:


- Understanding of government grants and the requirements for applying for them.


- Understanding of impact investors and the requirements for pitching to them.


- Identification of potential grants and investors that Lotus Addiction Therapy Inc can apply to.


- Preparation of grant submission documents and pitch-deck.


- Follow up with potential investors and providing them with the necessary information to proceed with the investment.



Final deliverables should include:


- A written report outlining the research conducted and the results.


- A list of potential grants and investors.


- All grant submission documents and pitch-deck.


Mentorship
  • I will be very involved with this as it is critical for our business to survive, so I would be working with the students directly and guiding them to be successful
  • Mentorship and 1 on 1 weekly sessions will be provided for students or as they require
  • I will also provide them with the current pitch deck and business plan we have, to get them started!
