KEY PROJECT ACTIVITIES/TÂCHES ASSOCIÉES AU PROJET:

• Content creation (Canva/Photoshop)
• Write blog articles, email newsletters/sequences and other content pieces on assigned topics
• Assist with a social media video launch to promote our organization
• Evaluate recent successful user-generated campaigns, preferably in our sector
• Identify media outlets that are most beneficial to share our story

IDEAL ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES/RÔLES/RESPONSABILITÉS:

A student or team with excellent writing and video skills would be the ideal candidate for this project. Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools.

Our mentoring plan will start with a meeting to develop and formalize a working relationship. We will outline the specifics of the role and define meeting frequency and location. A training plan will be designed to provide the training and mentorship needed to develop the interpersonal and professional skills they need to do their jobs effectively. We will develop the overall goals and objectives, then break them down into weekly deliverables. We will meet weekly to discuss the process and any outcomes. We will also discuss the employee's long-term career goals and incorporate skills he/she would like to learn during the summer employment.
