We're an early-stage startup looking to develop a tech strategy for our cutting-edge technology. We're solving a very interesting & stimulating which will provide them real-world experience. The platform consists of multiple parties: drivers, sellers & customers. A strategy will need to account for these stakeholders & mitigate for all these parties' needs.

The plan should include:

  • Final Report
  • Research & Recommendation
  • Market/Buisness analysis

The startup has been backed by organizations such as DMZ, Harvard, & some of the top 100 founders in Canada. Students will be mentored by CEO & founder who has both a mechanical engineering & software background.
