We would like a Scrum Master to facilitate team work. The individual will start on rotation filling a Quality role, as the best servant leaders are those who have been a tester in a team. The individuals will need to gain insights on how our applications/game works and be able to escalate and identify impediments. We believe the best way to understand our game's usability is through studying and playing the game, its theory and market positioning.

We are particularly interested in the following areas:

• Facilitate Scrum Events (Sprint planning/daily/refinement/review/retrospective
• Evaluate Learning scenario's to provide more scenario's
• Provide feedback
• Identify product gaps
• Structure sprints
• Participate in the Scrum of Scrums

Available to supervise and mentor
