Details

The primary goal of this project is to oversee, coordinate, and ensure the successful execution of all strategic initiatives related to the launch and growth of the SaaS platform, covering pre-sale, official sales launch, financial management, cost-benefit analysis, and business planning. The overseer will act as the Operations Manager, coordinating efforts across the various sub-projects, ensuring alignment between departments (marketing, sales, finance, etc.), and leading the team to meet key milestones effectively.

This intern will ensure the holistic growth of the platform by managing the integration of each area and driving the overall strategy to completion, with a focus on operational excellence, strategic foresight, and cross-functional collaboration.



Deliverables
  • Project Management Plan integrating the deliverables and timelines from five sub-projects.
  • Weekly status reports highlighting progress, risks, and next steps for each sub-project.
  • Risk Management Plan identifying potential project risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Monthly KPI Reports outlining performance metrics across all departments (sales, marketing, finance, etc.).
  • Final Presentation to stakeholders summarizing the success and results of the launch and growth strategy for the SaaS platform.
