Details

The goal of this project is to manage the onboarding, performance tracking, offboarding, and legal compliance for the team of interns working across the SaaS platform projects. The intern will focus on ensuring smooth transitions into and out of the team, facilitating ongoing communication, and ensuring that all HR practices align with relevant legal standards.

Deliverables
  • Onboarding plan and documentation (welcome packet, contract templates, etc.).
  • A weekly performance tracking system and regular progress reports for each intern.
  • Meeting notes from weekly team check-ins.
  • Offboarding process document, including an exit interview template and checklist for departing interns.
  • A compliance checklist ensuring that all HR practices (onboarding, contracts, offboarding) align with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Exit feedback reports to be reviewed for improving the internship program.
