The goal of this project is to help The Roasters Pack clean up and reorganize their administrative processes. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Analyzing the existing administrative processes and identifying areas for improvement.


- Developing a plan for reorganizing the administrative processes.


- Implementing the plan and making necessary changes.


- Testing the new processes and making improvements based on feedback.


- Documenting the new processes and creating training materials.


Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:


- Understanding of the existing administrative processes.


- Identification of areas for improvement and development of a plan for reorganization.


- Implementation of the plan and making necessary changes.


- Testing of the new processes and making improvements based on feedback.
