to design a sales structure for our sales team that will make them more purposeful and focused, increase their sales efficiency, and increase sales within months if the team dedicates itself to the design.


We understand that your university has a team of students led by a senior consultant with over 20 years of experience who can engage with our senior sales director or manager to understand our products or services. We believe that within 10 weeks, your team can design a sales structure for our sales team that will help us achieve our sales goals.


The deliverables of the service should include a clear-cut 3-step persuasion model, easy-to-understand documents emphasizing the benefits of our products or services, and a sales package that we can use to train our own sales force.
