The main goal for the project is to generate leads for painting jobs and cleaning contracts through cold calling and marketplace penetration for Acengeers Inc.

This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

- Researching the target market and potential customers for painting jobs.

- Developing a cold calling script and strategy to effectively generate leads.

- Making cold calls to potential customers and recording lead information.

- Following up with potential leads and maintaining a database of leads.

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:

- A researched target market and potential customer list for painting jobs.

- A cold calling script and strategy for lead generation.

- Recorded lead information from cold calls.

- A database of potential leads and follow-up activities.

Final deliverables:

- A report summarizing the target market, cold calling strategy, and lead generation outcomes.

1-1 onboarding to start the project and continuous mentorship on daily or weekly basis however the students availability. Supervisor will guide on what's the product and pitch.
