Justice Chatbot Inc. is preparing to launch its AI SaaS platform with a two-phased approach, starting with a pre-sale phase followed by an official sales launch. The goal of this project is to guide the platform through both stages, ensuring the successful conversion of early interest into paying clients, the formalization of strategic partnerships, and the establishment of scalable operations.

Deliverables

Pre-Sale Phase

The pre-sale phase will involve creating a strong waiting list of potential clients and partners, as well as executing targeted marketing campaigns designed to generate early interest and commitment. The primary objectives include:

  1. Building a waiting list of potential users and partners.
  2. Developing promotional materials to showcase the platform's AI capabilities and value proposition.
  3. Generating pre-orders and securing early-stage partnerships that will help build credibility and momentum before the full launch.

Sales Launch Phase

Following the pre-sale, the project will move into the official sales launch, where the focus shifts to converting pre-sale interest into paying customers and expanding the client base through more aggressive marketing and sales tactics. Key deliverables in this phase include:

  1. Executing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to capitalize on pre-sale momentum and attract new clients.
  2. Formalizing strategic partnerships with key players in the legal industry.
  3. Scaling up operations to meet the growing demand and ensure seamless client onboarding and support.
