We are working on a product launch for our b2c decision making app https://oogway.ai . We have got some early feedback for our alpha and in the process of launching our beta in few weeks. Post beta we want to do a full launch on product hunt and more places.

1. We need a work on a product launch strategy to create awareness/buzz around the product.

2. We have good idea about our competitors but we need to figure out how to better market?

3. How do we establish our brand: Build awareness, acquire customers, and defend any early success?

We are fast moving startup and are looking to work with the team to implement the recommendations and test them out.
