- Determining what our digital marketing strategy to promote digital HR products & an online program launching at the end of this year.
- Assist in building content to help us source, curate, develop, and post the content implementing strategies to increase awareness and nurture engagement
1. Digital Marketing Strategy
We want student(s) to help us develop a digital marketing strategy to grow and engage our target market. We’d like to know how we can maximize different channels and what will work best for us.
The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following:
- How should we promote our company & our digital products & an online program?
- What social media channels should we utilize?
- What budget is appropriate for advertising?
- What messaging should we use?
2. Content Marketing
Based on our goals, we are looking for the student to work on the following:
- Content Calendar Curation: timely deployment of all our social media & email marketing content to drive maximum traffic to our site
- Social Media Management: overseeing different channels that we own and keeping them up-to-date
- Content Development
- Other marketing-creation of automated funnels in email marketing software & building of sales pages
Meet with student(s) regularly to ensure project tasks will be completed on time, answer questions they may have. Also happy to provide constructive feedback when needed and also provide recognition for a job well done. Meetings can be virtually over Zoom or MS Teams or via telephone.

Our founder, Sara Bibb, is a professional and certified Human Resources Professional. MKS HR takes pride in serving our clients and getting the best solution to their HR issues. Our founder completed her post-graduate program in Human Resources Management at Seneca College and obtained her Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation in 2009. Sara discovered that smaller companies have the same HR & Recruitment issues as larger ones, but without the professional HR resources to handle them. What else was there to do? She started MKS HR Consulting and became the HR Department for Small Business.
