The main goal for the project is to create and implement a marketing strategy for Worknstay, a startup platform that offers room rentals for work or study travels. The strategy should focus on increasing brand awareness, attracting users to the platform, and driving bookings for room rentals.


This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:


- Conducting market research to understand the target audience, competitors, and industry trends.


- Developing a unique value proposition and positioning strategy for Worknstay in the market.


- Creating a comprehensive marketing plan that includes digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and partnerships.


- Implementing the marketing plan and tracking key performance indicators to measure the success of the strategy.


- Analyzing the results and making adjustments to the strategy based on the performance data.


Deliverables


By the end of the project, learners should complete the following tasks:


- A detailed market research report outlining the target audience, competitive landscape, and industry trends.


- A unique value proposition and positioning strategy for Worknstay.


- A comprehensive marketing plan with specific tactics, timelines, and budget allocation.


- Implementation of the marketing plan across various channels.

Mentorship

The student will be provided with an initial discussion on the current state of the company and market. Independence on the student's part will be required.
