We are building an enterprise and require an in-depth analysis of our competitors. We are selling a party in a jar! We are selling hot pepper jelly to big box supermarkets.


This project will include the following but limited to:

  • Industry overview
  • Cost analysis report
  • Product sourcing for ingredients
  • Possible manufacturing facilities, the federal Canadian market
  • Identify our target market - With the support of partners
  • Full review of all Jelly and Jam competitors
  • SWOT analysis
  • Researching our target market and market potential.
  • Researching the industry and competitive landscape.
  • Recommending strategies to improve our positioning, brand, products and services.
  • Recommending strategies to differentiate ourselves from our competition.
Deliverables

Project goals will be organized interest of the professor/student


Goals could include

  • Understanding of our target market and market potential
  • Understanding of our industry and competitors
  • Recommendation of strategies to improve our company’s services


Final deliverables should include

  • A final report.


Mentorship

We will communicate as often as required by the student via email; 12 hour response time. Zoom meetings can be scheduled at the student’s request anytime using our online booking application. During the initial meeting with the student, we will discuss and schedule regular zoom meetings. Students will meet directly with Tyfanny Ross and Silvianna Muscedere, Co-Founders of Scorched Bonnets.
