We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization.

We have been real estate investors for over five years, both acting as landlords in Ontario and doing some short-term rentals with downtown condos in Ottawa and Gracefield Quebec where we own a cottage.

R&B Retreats is a vacation rental real estate company that is seeking to offer glamping rental units in the municipality of Aleyn-Cawood and Gracefield, both in Quebec.

Ultimately, we want to journal our start up efforts on social media. You will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools.

To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:

• Write blog articles, email newsletters/sequences and other content pieces on assigned topics
• Assist with a social media video launch to promote our organization
• Evaluate recent successful user-generated campaigns, preferably in our sector
• Identify media outlets that are most beneficial to share our story

Ideally the student will take the ideas that I share to create their own vision and plan of the social media strategy and execution.

Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.

I will be journaling our progress by capturing video of the building process including clearing the land, building the decks, setting up the tents and the interior design process. I would work with the student to script these videos or provide the student context for the content creation that will be posted on all the social media sites. The student and I can decide on the frequency of the post.
