The main goal for the project is to assess the impact of a medical background on sales ability within the B2B sales team of Mid East Canadian Pharmaceutical Inc. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Analyzing the current sales and marketing strategies of the company.


- Identifying the key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.


- Conducting interviews and surveys with the sales team members to gather data on their medical background and its potential impact on their sales ability.


- Analyzing the collected data to determine any correlations between a medical background and sales performance.


- Presenting findings and recommendations based on the analysis.


Deliverables


By the end of the project, students should complete the following tasks:


- A report detailing the current sales and marketing strategies of the company.
