Frank Mortgage is a disruptive technology company transforming the mortgage broker industry in Canada.

We are ready to take our business to the next level. Presently we use two main channels for our go-to-market strategy, a B2C and B2B channel! Our company is focused on growing our B2B channel and building a stronger partnership network across Canada. To do so, we need to learn more about our customer's interest in adopting a new technology, to understand what partnerships are most effective.

To consider: which partnerships align with our current ones? Where are there buyers that we have yet to reach? What will expansion into new markets cost? What potential competitors exist in new locations?

Our specific need is to research potential partnership candidates, speak to the candidates about a partnership integration and then onboard the new partners.

Each new partner will require monitoring, data analysis and reporting.

Data analysis will entail understanding the benefits and cost of the partnership, what business was generated from the partnership and ideas to maximize the benefits.

Reporting requires sending or sharing the data analysis with partners, as well as regular market reports on the mortgage, interest rates and housing industry.

Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project.
