This position reports into the National Director & Managers, Community Events. In this capacity you will be responsible for supporting campaign elements to support the launch our new gaming initiative Game On. Responsibilities will include sourcing sponsorships, gamers and streamers and working with Marketing to support implementation of confirmed activities. You may be called upon to support other community campaigns such as the Walk and bubly Smile Stand as required. Knowledge and experience within the gaming community is an asset.

Deliverables

PRIMARY Responsibilities

· Manage timelines for campaign to ensure deadlines are met.

· Research and secure new sponsors, streamers and gamers taking into consideration diversity and inclusion.

· Work closely with existing and new streamers/gamers providing resources and support needed.

· Work with team to execute sponsorship benefits

· Work closely with Community Managers to monitor campaign expense budgets

· Work closely with Marketing reporting confirmed streams

· Responsible for reporting partner streams results

· Stream participation “in-chat” as Autism Speaks Canada

· Responsible for administrative duties related to ordering and deliveries and preparation of streamer swag and participant rewards.

· Potentially acting as moderator for streamers (if requested)

· Other duties as assigned supporting the growth and commitment to our mission; flexibility to attend walk events and support bubly Smile Stand execution
