The goal of this project is to manage and support financial planning and create high-quality grant proposals and business proposals to secure funding and support for the SaaS platform. This includes developing financial models, writing compelling grant proposals, and drafting business proposals to attract investors and partners.

Deliverables

Financial Documents:

  • Financial Model: A basic financial model with revenue projections and expense estimates.
  • Budget Template: A draft budget template for a specific project.
  • Financial Summary Report: A brief report highlighting key financial metrics.

Grant Proposal:

  • Grant Proposal Draft: A proposal for one identified funding opportunity, including project summary, goals, and budget.

Business Proposal:
