The main goal for the project is to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy for CloudLion that aligns with the company's mission and goals. This will involve understanding the company's current position in the market, identifying target audience, and creating a plan to effectively reach and engage with potential clients.


The tasks learners will need to complete to achieve the project goal include:


- Conducting a market analysis to understand the competitive landscape and target audience.


- Developing a brand positioning and messaging strategy.


- Creating a content marketing plan to reach and engage with potential clients.


- Identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the marketing strategy.


- Developing a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.


- Creating a comprehensive marketing plan that outlines the tactics, timeline, and budget.


Deliverables


By the end of the project, students should deliver:


- A comprehensive market analysis report.


- Brand positioning and messaging strategy.


- Content marketing plan and social media strategy.


- Key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring the success of the marketing strategy.

Mentorship
