We would do this by creating a MindMap of AI "as a service" applications.
Sites like Futurpedia.io and Aicyclopedia.com have 1400+ AI tools that can help small businesses, and more are added on a daily basis. Of course, this is all in addition to sites such as ChatGPT for text and Stability.ai images.
This is too much information for busy Marketing/PR professionals to keep track of. That is why we will organize these AI tools through the "lens" of a Marketing/PR professional using Whimsical.com. (See the video for an explanation). This would allow them to understand, at a glance, which AI applications could solve the various pain points they face in their organizations.
We at AIGuides.co would share with prospective clients to help them understand how AI might help them scale their business.
You will meet with AI Guides to understand our business, and how we provide strategic advice to small businesses on Using AI. You will learn about trends within the AI field and how AI is going to change the way professionals work. The change is going to be more than most expect.
Then you will identify the major workflows/tasks of a Marketing/PR professional, and organize them on the MindMap.
Then, you will sort through the list of AI tools on Futurpedia.io, Aicyclopedia and other sites while assuming the perspective of a Marketing/PR professional. You will classify the list of AI tools agains the specific Marketing/PR tasks.
Present versions of the MindMap for review and feedback.
We appreciate the works students do, and want to make sure this is a great experience. One of the first questions we'll have is "what is that you want to have on your resume at the end of this project?"
We will also coach them on what is happening in the world of AI and how it is going to change the way they work. The world is changing quickly, and they will want to know this.
