We want to better understand our target market and audience as well as the overall market so we can uniquely position ourselves within our industry and launch a new product.

The research will include:

  • Target market research
  • Industry size and market potential
  • Competitive landscape
  • Strategic positioning of our brand
  • Risks analysis
Deliverables

We hope to gain a comprehensive understanding of how we can better serve our customers. We would like students to conduct customer interviews and organize recommendations on how to improve our positioning, brand, and products and services.

Mentorship

Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary. Guidance and mentorship will be provided on questions to ask in the interview and how to organize findings while staying unbiased as possible.
