The program should be designed to enhance students' real-world skills and inspire confidence in their abilities. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Researching and understanding the specific needs and learning styles of students in the STEM subjects.


- Developing customized tutoring programs for each grade level, incorporating real-world applications and hands-on activities.
