Develop and launch the Rapid Routes platformβ€”an advanced, all-in-one logistics solution designed to revolutionize the trucking industry. The platform will integrate automated dispatching, a master control dashboard for fleet management, predictive maintenance scheduling, AI-driven route optimization, and comprehensive financial tools. Serving both individual truckers and large companies, Rapid Routes aims to offer a user-friendly interface with lower fees and greater value than competitors. The goal is to have the app finalized and ready for app store deployment within 7 days after completion.

Deliverables

Develop Backend and Frontend Systems:

  • Build the backend using TypeScript, Express, and NestJS.
  • Create the front end with React Native, integrating Supabase and PostgreSQL.

Implement AI and Machine Learning Features:

  • Integrate AI for dynamic route optimization and predictive maintenance alerts.
  • Develop demand forecasting models and real-time data insights.

Create the Master Control Dashboard:

  • Design a comprehensive dashboard for fleet managers with real-time tracking, task assignment, and performance monitoring.

Integrate Financial and Maintenance Management Tools:

  • Implement automated invoicing, expense tracking, and financial analytics.
  • Set up maintenance scheduling with predictive alerts and third-party provider integration.

Ensure Scalability, Security, and Compliance:

  • Deploy the platform on Azure cloud services with a microservices architecture.
  • Implement robust data security protocols and ensure regulatory compliance.

Prepare for Beta Testing and App Store Deployment:

  • Conduct thorough beta testing with selected users and fix identified issues.
  • Ensure the app meets all app store guidelines and prepare the necessary documentation for submission.
