To develop and implement a series of social media posts for Instagram and LinkedIn, aimed at promoting the company's cause to reduce single-use plastic bottles and highlighting the features of our solutions. The work should include creating engaging visuals and content using design tools such as Photoshop and Canva.


We are seeking an organized and creative marketing assistant to join our amazing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about environmental sustainability and possess basic proficiency in Photoshop as well as familiarity with Canva.



Deliverables

1. Research and Planning (10 hours)


  • Understand the profile of followers and best practices for engagement on Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Competitor Analysis: Review social media strategies of companies with similar initiatives for inspiration.


2. Content Creation (30 hours)


   - Instagram Posts: 16 posts (2 posts per week including stories)

     - Format: Images and carousels

     - Objective: Engage the audience with impactful visual messages about plastic reduction, product futures, venues reports and more, using relevant hashtags and calls to action.

  - LinkedIn Posts:

     - Number of Posts: 8 posts ( 1 post per week) 

     - Format: Images, graphics

     - Objective:Inform and engage professionals and stakeholders about the initiative, highlighting the impacts and benefits of our solutions


3. Review and Adjustments (10 hours) 30min weekly meetings with the Marketing Director. 


   - Feedback and Iteration: Review the created content with the internal team, make adjustments based on feedback, and ensure the content aligns with the brand message.


4. Publication and Monitoring (10 hours)

  • Schedule and publish the content on Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Track the performance of the posts (engagement, reach, etc.) and prepare an initial report on the impact of the posts.


5. Project Deliverables:

24 images for social media posts, with captions and a PDF document with an analysis of post performance (engagement, reach, etc.) and recommendations for future strategies.

Mentorship

The students will work closely with the founders and the team to ensure the access to all the ressources for the mission
