The main goal for the project is to create documentation for existing automations, integrations, and processes used as part of ARHT Media Inc.'s workflows. This includes outlining the process flow, documenting changes, and creating a process testing and validation plan to verify and evaluate the functionality, accuracy, reliability, and performance of the automated process.


This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:


- Understanding specific automations, integrations, and processes used by ARHT Media Inc.


- Documenting the process flow, including inputs, outputs, decision points, and dependencies.


- Creating a method for documenting changes to the automated processes.


- Developing a process testing and validation plan to verify and evaluate the functionality, accuracy, reliability, and performance of the automated process.


Deliverables

By the end of the project, learners should complete the following tasks:


- Documented process flow for existing automations, integrations, and processes.


- Method for documenting changes to the automated processes.


- Process testing and validation plan to verify and evaluate the functionality, accuracy, reliability, and performance of the automated process.



Final deliverables should include:


- Comprehensive documentation of the process that are examined.


- Process testing and validation plan.


- Change Log Documentation process


- Recommendations for updates or improvements.
