Assisting vendors on account management and support for the existing platform vendors, manage vendors relationship. Growth opportunity consultation and analysis for existing platform vendors.
- Vendor recruitment & on-boarding support
- Follow up with newly onboard vendors, ask feedbacks, provide supports and offer reminders
- Analyzing and improving business development and recruitment process (ie. social media, website)
- Analyzing sales and communications strategies and providing recommendations
- Creating resources for vendor success (marketing and advertising materials, product listing analysis, competitive product pricing analysis, shipping recommendations, etc.)
- Work Closely with the Sales Coordinator & Business Development Lead who is supervising and available for questions.
