We believe this project will include:

1. Draft a timeless holiday message (roughly 100 words each) from a business/professional tone.

1a) There are roughly 39 messages in total that need to be drafted.

2. Do research, where needed, to draft an appropriate message for any holiday you are not familiar with

3. Always draft messages from MB Property Management Inc. position (so our company name appears in each message).

4. Please provide completed captions for 3 months in advanced each submission. For example, the first submission will include December-February messages in one submission.

5. Please note that all final work should be original, we run everything through a plagiarism checker (so it’s best to run your work through it proactively before submitting it)

6. All of the finalized content will only be exclusively used by MB Property Management Inc., so similar standard message should not be reproduced
