As an intern, you'll take charge of managing our social media platforms, navigating through Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Your responsibilities will include delving into market research data, collaborating with team members, and contributing to the creation of strategically timed promotional campaignsโ€”maximizing our impact during key events like holidays.

Deliverables

Key Tasks

  • Develop compelling and pertinent content for diverse social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and style.
  • Maintain and optimize social media profiles, ensuring consistency across platforms to enhance visibility.
  • Foster a positive online community by actively engaging with the audience, and responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to gain insights into performance, audience demographics, and engagement levels.
  • Utilize scheduling tools to strategically plan and publish content at optimal times, considering audience behavior and time zones.
  • Graphic design-savvy interns will be tasked with creating visuals for our campaigns.
  • As part of project finalization, interns must submit comprehensive documentation, preferably in docx/doc or pdf format. This documentation includes a calendar outlining future content, relevant graphic designs, and conceptual brainstorms for previously published social media posts.


Mentorship

We will be offering students support from staff members and the owner during the duration of the project. They will have personal mentors to guide and support students, which they can reach out to whenever they need assistance completing a certain task. We will also have meetings with them and introduce them to our overall operations.
