1. Enhance Vendor Onboarding Process: Streamline and improve the onboarding experience for new vendors, ensuring a seamless transition onto the platform.
2. Diversify Vendor Portfolio: Actively seek vendors from various industries and regions to create a diverse and inclusive marketplace on FreshFind.ca.
3. Implement Vendor Training Programs: Develop educational resources and training programs to empower vendors with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed on the platform.
4. Facilitate Collaboration Among Vendors: Foster a sense of community and collaboration among vendors, encouraging knowledge sharing, partnerships, and mutually beneficial opportunities.
5. Collect and Act on Vendor Feedback: Establish a feedback loop with vendors to gather insights on their experiences, challenges, and suggestions, and use this information to make continuous improvements to the platform.

• Supporting new vendors with onboarding process via phone call, virtual meetings and Email
• Reminding new vendors to finish account set up
• Following up with newly onboard vendors, ask feedbacks
• Analyzing feedbacks and improving business development process (ie. social media, website)

The student will work closely with the Sales Coordinator & Business Development Lead who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
