The goal of this project is to conduct user testing on BorderlessHR Inc.'s new product and provide analysis and recommendations on the results, crucial to their go-to-market efforts. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

- Developing a user testing plan for the new product.

- Conducting user testing sessions with target users.

- Analyzing the results of the user testing sessions.

- Providing recommendations on the results of the user testing sessions.

- Creating a report outlining the findings and recommendations for Go-to-Market.

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

- Understanding of the user testing process and the results of the user testing sessions.

- Ability to analyze the user testing results and provide recommendations.

- Ability to create a report outlining the findings and recommendations.

Final deliverables should include:

- A user testing plan.

- A report outlining the findings and recommendations towards Go-to-Market strategy.
