We want to leverage the latest technology to gain an advantage in our market. We would like to collaborate with students to strategically apply AI and machine learning to develop a conversational search engine capability to help users learn about machine learning concepts and terminologies. The project goal is to build a conversational chatbot using Python and open source frameworks to search publicly available AI and Machine learning resources to respond to the search keyword/phrase/question given to the chatbot.

Students should be prepared to:

  • Identify and present a design for the solution using open source frameworks
  • Develop a scalable solution that can be used by 100s of users concurrently
  • Integrate a methodology to take feedback from users to improve the search outcomes.
  • Ability to learn from new relevant information available in the internet

A few deliverables include:

  • Application to find content form publicly available reference materials
  • Algorithm and source code for the chatbot
  • Documents to explain architecture, design, outcomes
