  4. Social Media Impact: Successfully manage and grow HerBusiness Media's social media presence by increasing followers, engagement, and reach, ultimately strengthening the brand's influence and reach.
  5. High-Quality Blog Content: Produce informative, entertaining, and well-researched blog content that resonates with the target audience, and effectively showcases the project's mission and values, ultimately increasing readership and engagement.
  6. Project Milestones: Achieve project milestones and objectives within set timelines, ensuring efficient utilization of resources, adherence to budgets, and effective coordination of tasks.
  7. Positive Impact: Measure and report on the positive impact of the project on the lives of women, and contribute to its reputation as a source of empowerment and inspiration for women worldwide.

The main goal of this role and project is to create an inclusive, supportive, and empowering online space for women by delivering high-quality content, fostering a strong community, and providing valuable learning experiences for interns, ultimately making a positive and lasting impact in the lives of women.

Deliverables

1. Project Planning and Strategy


Collaborate with the Project Coordinator/manager and team to refine project goals and objectives.


Create detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.


Develop strategies that reflect the company’s mission and values and ensure seamless implementation.



2. Scheduling and Implementation


Coordinate timelines and milestones for project deliverables.


Oversee the execution of scheduled tasks, ensuring alignment with project goals.


Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges.



3. Social Media Management


Develop and manage a content calendar for social media platforms, aligning with brand themes and goals.


Create visually appealing and engaging content, including posts, graphics, videos, and interactive features.


Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.


Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and implement data-driven improvements.



4. Blog Content Creation


Research topics and trends relevant to the community, students, and alternative forms of entertainment.


Write, edit, and optimize blogs that are engaging, informative, and entertaining, catering to the interests of both students and the community.


Ensure all blog content aligns with the brand’s tone and mission while remaining relevant and fun for the target audience.



5. Community Building


Actively engage with the online community to foster meaningful connections.


Encourage user-generated content such as testimonials, user stories, and contributions.


Create initiatives that inspire collaboration and participation among community members.



6. Quality Control


Review all content—social media, blog posts, and graphics—to ensure they meet high-quality standards.


Align all outputs with the brand guidelines and project objectives.



7. Promotion and Outreach


Collaborate with all team member to amplify project content through email campaigns, align marketing message and content partnerships, and influencer collaborations.


Develop creative strategies to enhance content reach and impact.

8. Impact Measurement and Reporting


Measure the effectiveness of project initiatives through feedback, analytics, and testimonials.

9. Creative Graphics


Design and implement visually stunning graphics in line with brand guidelines for both digital and print materials.


Ensure consistency in all visual content across platforms.
