Details

We want students to help us build a marketing strategy plan to grow and engage our target market. We’d like to know how we can maximize use of different channels and get recommendations to improve our messaging.

The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following:

  • How do the public (customers) currently perceive our brand and marketing, based on publicly available information about our company?
  • What channels should we utilize for promotion, including ones we are not currently using?
  • What budget is appropriate for advertising, given our goals?
  • How could our messaging be updated to better explain our value proposition?
  • What is the best marketing strategy to be put together for the upcoming 5 years to ensure Canada-wide reach?
  • What are the recommendations to attract more people to use our services from specific communities?
  • How can our marketing help reduce the stigma around mental health within immigrant communities?
Deliverables

A report on how people perceive our company's brand and marketing efforts. We would like the report to include what channels we should utilize for promotion, what budget is appropriate for our goals, and how our messaging could be updated to better explain our value proposition.

Propose a 5 years Or 2 years marketing strategy (with detailed activities and timeline) based on the report.

Recommend marketing tools and channels that could be used.

Mentorship

Students will connect directly with the employer (CEO & Admin Team) for mentorship and supervision throughout the project.
