Our organization (Greenii Inc.) needs some help on UX/UI, website, e-commerce integrations! We are a social enterprise focusing on People, Planet, and profit. Our products are very unique and novel in North America, aiming to reduce the cutting of trees and reuse the papers effectively. We currently created our website with Shopify, we have not received any traffic so far. We are looking for energetic teams that can help amplify what makes us unique and create a better UX/UI Experience for our customers. This project may combine research, google analytics, Metric analysis, Hubspot (CRM) data analysis, positioning, social media research, competitor analysis, Amazon seller, Etsy seller, eBay seller, email creations, and more!

• Mapping out the online purchase process.
• Conducting user interviews and industry research.
• Brainstorming design ideas.
• Developing a design prototype.
• Surveying our target customers for design feedback.
• Refining design ideas with feedback from experts and target customers.
• Find out the reasons, why there is no traffic to our Shopify website?
• Amazon seller, etsy seller, ebay seller, other e-commerce platforms integration, and account creations.

You will have access to a member of our management team for direction, clarification, and customer and industry insights. Further research on our industry, target customer and desired online store features should be conducted.

We hope to gain an understanding of the features and design that our target market will expect in our new online store. We want to have a design prototype that is informed by real customer input and feedback that we can bring to a developer for implementation.

The final deliverables include:

1. A tested prototype of our online store design.
2. A 10-minute presentation on the research and design process and insights.
3. A report on the prototypical store design, with supporting consumer research insights and testing results.
