The main goal for the project is to support Okiki Consulting in grant writing for nonprofits. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

- Researching and identifying potential grant opportunities for nonprofits.

- Collaborating with the Okiki Consulting team to understand the specific needs and goals of each nonprofit.

- Writing grant proposals and applications tailored to the requirements of each grant opportunity.

- Ensuring all grant applications are submitted within the specified deadlines.

- Communicating with the Okiki Consulting team and nonprofits to gather necessary information for the grant writing process.

By the end of the project, students should complete the following tasks:

- Research and compile a list of potential grant opportunities for nonprofits.

- Develop and submit grant proposals for at least two nonprofit organizations.

- Maintain clear and organized documentation of all grant applications and communications with nonprofits.

Final deliverables:

- A comprehensive report detailing the grant opportunities researched and pursued.

- Copies of all grant proposals and applications submitted.

- Documentation of communication with nonprofits and the Okiki Consulting team throughout the grant writing process.

I will walk the students through the process of grant writing and how to highlight the specific needs of the organization.
