We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization.

We provide load optimization software to companies worldwide, enabling customers to pack cartons, pallets, containers, rail cars, trucks and airline cargo (ULDs) more efficiently and more environmentally. We are lacking in materials to help us market our software effectively and to help turn enquiries into sales more efficiently. We need digital content that gets companies interested in learning more about MagicLogic and our load optimization solutions, guiding them through the sales process.

Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools.

To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:

• Write blog articles, email newsletters/sequences and other content pieces on assigned topics
• Write emails to send to prospective customers so we can automate this part of the sales process more easily
• Produce 'how-to' videos for our website and You tube channel
• Produce PowerPoint presentations for use during software demonstrations for our sales team and for resellers
• Evaluate recent successful user-generated campaigns, preferably in our sector
• Identify media outlets that are most beneficial to share our story and that are willing to accept guest blogs

Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. Our management team can work with students so they understand our products, providing technical advice and help when needed. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
