We have summer marketing/sales internship program for marketing/sales team with focus on leads generation. Prefer relevant experience, fluent in English and customer facing. This summer internship program, we start from July and requires 30 hours per week and two - three months. All works comply with our Guidelines, policy, terms on our websites.

Customer Service with AI, e.g. Deepseek

Upstik.com aims to enhance its customer service operations by leveraging Deepseek. The goal is to streamline the response process, ensuring that critical issues are addressed promptly while routine inquiries are efficiently managed. The project will require learners to apply their knowledge of data analysis, modeling, and customer service principles. By the end of the project, the team should have a functional prototype that can be integrated into Upstik.com's existing customer service platform. This project offers learners the opportunity to work with real-world data that can improve customer satisfaction.

Mobile Application

Our company advertises thousands of products online. We use an app to connect with our customers, and we want to make it compatible with more devices. We would like to collaborate with students to create an ported version of our app in a new technology, so more users can access our services. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our platform, products and services. Familiarizing themselves with the features we would like to re-implement in the adapted version. Recreating features for our ported version. Recommending ways to minimize the challenges of app porting. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Testing the new app.

AI Prediction Middleware

Upstik.com is seeking to develop an AI framework/middleware capable of predicting results or scores, or train models, which can be seamlessly integrated into existing software or markup languages. The goal is to create a robust and efficient AI model that can analyze input data and provide accurate predictions. This project will allow learners to apply their knowledge of AI, machine learning, and software integration, offering a practical experience in developing a plug-and-play solution. The middleware should be designed to be easily adaptable and scalable, ensuring compatibility with various applications. The project will involve tasks such as data preprocessing, model training, and creating an API for integration. Key objectives: - Develop an AI model for score prediction. - Create middleware that can be integrated into different software environments. - Ensure the solution is scalable and adaptable.
