Security Token issuance

We offer fractional ownership of real world assets through our Exempt Market Dealer network. Ownership is represented using digital tokens, smart contracts (ERC20) deployed on Ethereum. Before being able to purchase tokens, customers need to be vetted to ensure compliance with all Canadian regulatory and farmland regulation compliance. We use a mint and burn procedure to ensure all white listed wallets maintain compliance.
